consignment process:

1. Use the form below to schedule a consignment appointment. DO NOT bring in items without an appointment.
2. Prepare the items you are ready to consign (MAX 20). Items must be freshly LAUNDERED and FOLDED neatly in paper bags or re-usable totes. We may stop your appointment at any time if your items do not meet one of our criteria for style and/or condition, including: excessive wrinkles, pet hair, stains, odors, deodorant marks, excessive wear or pilling (little balls on fabric).
3. Your accepted items will be on the sales floor for a consignment period of up to 90 days. At the end of this time, you may choose to receive 40% cash or 50% store credit, of the final sales price for all sold items. Store credit does not expire, cash payout is available up to 12 months from date of sale.
4. You may pick up unsold items with an original price over $30* by scheduling an appointment within 7 days of your end date, otherwise they may be donated.

*Unsold items with an original price under $30 will be automatically donated to one of the following at the discretion of Cartwheel: the Cartwheel Reworks Program, the Cartwheel Community Rack, or one of our local non-profit clothing banks or shelters.

Items should be IN SEASON: some exceptions made for unique vintage or luxury

Freshly Laundered:

• NO stains
• NO pet hair
• NO odors
• NO deodorant marks
• NO excessive wrinkling, wear or pilling (little balls on fabric)

Items in High Demand:

• unique vintage in wearable condition
• vibrant, funky prints
• workwear: flannels, levis, carhartts, filson etc...
• basics in natural fibers: cotton, wool, silk, linen etc...
• adult clothing size L-3X
• women's shoes sizes 8 - 9.5
• kids: dresses, overalls, and seasonal foot and outerwear

Items we LIMIT due to Low Demand:

• adult clothing sizes XS-S
• women's shoes sizes 5-7
• workout wear:exceptions made for items that are New with Tags (NWT) and some loungewear
• basic professional wear (slacks, suits etc..)exceptions may be made for particularly unique items.
• skinny leg jeans
• fast fashion brands*

*Items from known or presumed fast fashion brands may be accepted in an effort to keep them out of landfills. However, their tags will be cut to not further promote shopping from these brands, due to their unethical and unsustainable production.
